This Privacy Policy explains how OMNI NORAH LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the OMNI NORAH platform ("Software" or "Service").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and payment information necessary to process your subscription.
1.2 Broker Credentials
To enable trade management, you provide broker API tokens, MT5 login credentials (login number, password, server name), or similar authentication data. These credentials are used solely to connect to your brokerage account for the purpose of trade management.
1.3 Trade Data
The Software processes real-time trade data including open positions, symbol names, entry prices, stop loss levels, and position sizes. This data is used solely for trade management operations and is not shared with third parties.
1.4 Usage Data
We may collect anonymized usage data such as login timestamps, feature usage, and error logs to improve the Software.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the trade management service
- To authenticate your broker connection
- To execute trade management operations (stop loss, breakeven, trailing)
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To communicate service updates and support
- To improve the Software and fix bugs
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information or trading data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
3.1 Encryption
All broker credentials and API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Each user's credentials are encrypted with their unique product key.
3.2 Transmission Security
All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and broker APIs uses TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS).
3.3 Access Controls
Access to stored credentials is restricted to the automated trade management system. No human operator has access to your decrypted broker credentials.
3.4 Limitations
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk of internet-based systems.
4. Data Retention
Account and subscription data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.
Broker credentials are deleted immediately upon account deactivation or product key cancellation.
Trade management logs are retained for 30 days for debugging purposes, then automatically purged.
5. Your Rights
- Request access to your stored personal data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Revoke broker API access at any time through your broker or the OMNI NORAH dashboard
- Cancel your subscription and have credentials removed immediately

6. Third-Party Services
The Software connects to third-party brokerage APIs (LiquidCharts, Sway Markets, MetaTrader 5 brokers) solely to execute trade management functions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. Please review your broker's privacy policy separately.
7. Cookies and Tracking
The OMNI NORAH website may use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
8. Children's Privacy
The Software is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. International Users
If you are accessing the Software from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, where our servers are located.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Software. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
