A static SL sits where you placed it — if price runs 80 pips in your favor then reverses, your SL is still at -60 pips and you give back everything. A TP closes you out at a fixed target — if price blows past it, you miss the move. NORAH is dynamic. She moves your SL to breakeven when you're in profit, then trails it behind price, locking in gains as the trade runs. You keep what price gives you instead of giving it back or capping your upside.

NORAH originates no trade signals and makes no trading decisions — entries, position sizing, and strategy selection are entirely your choice. Tiers 1A and 1B manage risk only on trades you place yourself. Tier 2 also executes orders, but only from your own TradingView alerts that you create and configure — NORAH never generates, recommends, or originates a signal. After an entry exists, NORAH manages risk by setting stop losses, moving to breakeven, and trailing stops.

NORAH runs on dedicated servers with automatic reconnection. If a connection drops, she saves her state, reconnects automatically, and resumes managing your positions exactly where she left off. Your SL remains in place at the broker level even during disconnects.

Yes. NORAH works with prop firm accounts including Sway Funded (live), FTMO, FundedNext, The 5%ers, and others via MT5. She's ideal for challenges where consistent risk management is critical to passing.

All broker credentials are encrypted at rest with your unique product key. Data transmits over HTTPS/SSL. No human operator has access to your decrypted credentials — only the automated system. Credentials are deleted immediately when you cancel.

Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime and your broker credentials are removed immediately. You can self-service cancel from the dashboard or Telegram bot.

This is almost always a capitalization issue in your account login. Broker account IDs are case-sensitive — enter yours exactly as your broker shows it. On Liquid and Sway the account prefix is uppercase (for example ECN12345, not Ecn12345). Check the exact capitalization in your broker portal, correct it on your activation page, and your next trade will route correctly.
