I understand that OMNI NORAH Trade Manager may remain active for up to 24 hours following my cancellation request, and will continue to manage any open trades during that period.

I acknowledge that I will not open any new trades following this cancellation request, and I accept full responsibility for any trades opened during the deactivation window regardless of whether the tool manages them or not.

I agree that OMNI NORAH Trade Manager shall not be held liable for any profits missed, losses incurred, or trade management actions taken or not taken during the deactivation window of up to 24 hours following my cancellation request.

I understand that any decision to refrain from trading during the deactivation window is made solely at my own discretion. OMNI NORAH Trade Manager shall not be held liable for any missed trading opportunities or foregone profits arising from my personal choice not to trade during the deactivation period.

I understand that I am solely responsible for monitoring and managing all open trades in my account at all times, with or without the assistance of OMNI NORAH Trade Manager. I acknowledge that the tool may experience connectivity issues, technical failures, or early termination during the deactivation window, and I hold OMNI NORAH Trade Manager harmless for any unmanaged trades, missed stop loss adjustments, or losses resulting from such failures during or after the deactivation period.
